The location of the lodge is great, with easy access to all the activities in the area and a beautiful view of the volcano from the rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The hotel was absolutely charming, I loved it, especially mountain view. The room was big and huge and the bed was extremely comfy. The staff was absolutely friendly and amicable and everything was good. Location: the venue was short walk to the Arenal Volcano and good restaurants and bars. Again, the hotel was 10 minutes drive from Free Natural Hot Springs River. It was a such great experience...

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking and definitely the highlight of our stay. We were lucky enough to see the top of the volcano, which was just mesmerizing. The spacious and clean room with two big beds was a plus. The location, although a bit far from the main attractions, was convenient with a car, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding areas.

The breakfast offered was nothing special and the portion sizes were quite limited. Additionally, the breakfast starting at 7:30 was a bit late, especially for those wanting to do early excursions.

The cabin was cosy, beds were comfortable, and the view was stunning. Conveniently located near Arenal Park and the natural hot springs. Helpful staff, especially César who booked a jungle night tour and showed us frogs in the nearby pond. Good breakfast and plenty of hummingbirds to observe.

Felt very welcome, no complaints.

We absolutely loved our stay at this lodge! The view of the volcano was mind-blowing, and the property was well-maintained with beautiful green areas. The staff were super friendly and even gave us a tour of a nearby pond to see frogs. The cabin was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that there were no bugs or insects in the room, which is quite unusual for a jungle area. The air-conditioner worked perfectly, making the room very comfortable, and the beds, pillows, and covers were incredibly cozy. We had a great time enjoying the karaoke and casino facilities too!

We felt right at home during our stay and have absolutely no complaints whatsoever.
